These terms govern your use of the Roofex website and services. By requesting an inspection or quote, you agree to them.

1. Services

Roofex provides residential and light-commercial roofing installation, repair, restoration, and maintenance as described on this site.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Written quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the scope observed during inspection. Hidden damage may change scope, and we'll always confirm before proceeding.

3. Scheduling

Installation dates depend on material availability and weather. We communicate any changes as early as possible.

4. Payment

Payment terms are set out in your written agreement. We accept standard payment methods and offer financing options where available.

5. Warranty

Completed roofs carry a 25-year written workmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer's material warranty, subject to the terms in your agreement.

6. Insurance Claims

Where we assist with claims, we document damage and coordinate with your adjuster, but the final claim decision rests with your carrier.

7. Liability

Roofex is licensed, bonded, and insured. Our liability is limited to the terms of your signed agreement and applicable law.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel per the terms of your agreement. Custom-ordered materials may be non-refundable once purchased.

9. Site Use

Content on this site is for information only and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the work is performed.
